3 | Tier Mastery

Tier System

The Tier Mastery | Shinobi arts, Elemental Natures, and Kekkei Genkai all have a system in place to govern a character's knowledge in that specific area depicted by three levels of mastery. Each level of Mastery sets certain limits upon a character in that area while also bestowing unique perks commonly associated with the area. As a rule of thumb, the Mastery Tiers work in increments of how many techniques you have learned:

• Tier One: 33% of all techniques.
  
• Tier Two: 66% of all techniques.
  
• Tier Three: All techniques must be acquired.
  

It is an unspoken rule to generally have three techniques per level of mastery when it comes to Original Techniques, but if this is unable to be done Staff reserve the right to additionally add other stipulations in addition to the Tier Mastery applicable.
